We shall continually review our methods of operation and apply improvements in a systematic and well managed way, to ensure consistent quality of our products and services and to improve the environmental performance of our organisation. In order to achieve optimum efficiency, each person within Infoterra Ltd, as an individual or as a team member has to fulfill his or her responsibility within the scope of this Policy.

We are continually improving our Business Management System which is based on our experience and which meets the requirements of the internationally recognised principles laid down in the ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. With the support of the
