Land Administration Workshop
We are the general sponsor of the international seminar on “Land Administration and Management – Prishtine 2011” that will be held on 12 April 2011 in Prishtina, Republic of Kosova.
It is organized by the South-East European Research Association on Geo Sciences (Geo-SEE) and supported by the Kosova Cadastral Agency (KCA).
South-East Europe is in state of transition with regard to land administration with many projects being planned or in operation. But equally other projects have related outcomes or dependencies and whilst there is no specific overlap the requirement for continuous cooperation and communication is likely to be a major factor in success.
This seminar intends to:
- Demonstrate the inter-relationships of different government departments;
- Identify the infrastructure elements that are common and must be in place for success;
- Why sustainability is the key; and
- Examination of related projects and how land administration is a factor in contributing to other strategies.
