Infoterra offers a full range of tailor-made training courses based around geological remote sensing. Recent course given include short and advanced courses on image processing, remote sensing, geological interpretation of imagery and structural mapping.
Some typical one week course outlines are detailed below, although in most cases we tailor the course to the particular needs of our clients in terms of both content and timing.

Training can be performed either at our offices or at those of our clients. We also offer clients the chance to place staff in our offices for long periods of training, where they can work interactively with our own teams in order to be trained and to undertake their own project. We have found this to be an extremely popular way to train staff to a high level of confidence so that they can undertake similar work when they return to their own offices.
In addition to training our own staff and geologists are also available for periods of offsite consultancy, whereby they work directly on client projects in the client's offices. This allows our knowledge and expertise to be added to existing ongoing client projects.
