RSPSoc

The RSPSoc is a Society which was formed through the merger of the former Remote Sensing Society and Photogrammetric Society. This merger followed from the increasing convergence of remote sensing and photogrammetry, together with a growing need to develop capabilities and expertise in the use of both remotely sensed and photogrammetric data.

The new society is particularly involved with the co-ordination and promotion of activities in remote sensing and photogrammetry, the promotion of relationships and discussion with other related societies, the encouragement of commercial and government participation in remote sensing and photogrammetry and in supporting education and training at all levels.
